RETURNS

At Deep Six Watersports, your satisfaction is important to us. Products that you purchase from us can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price of the item (minus shipping), or an exchange, provided that they are in new condition and you include a copy of your receipt. If you received a free item with your purchase, you must return the item or you will be charged retail price. If you receive items that are defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace them with free shipping

SALES TAX

We charge 7% sales tax to Florida residents. Residents of other states or outside the US are not taxed.

SHIPPING

In most cases, we ship your products on the business day the order is received (if placed before 3 PM Eastern time). If we anticipate a delay of more than three business days, we will contact you. Please let us know if you need your products by a certain date using the "comments" section of your checkout. We offer UPS and US Postal Service shipping, and local pickup from our stores in Vero, Stuart, and Jensen Beach, FL. If you require a different shipping service, please call us toll-free at 1-800-732-9685 between 9:30 AM and 6 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday.
